Best Makeup Below 250 Pesos Philippines | IzzaGlino

If you are looking for the Best Makeup Below 250 Pesos Philippines then you’ve come to the right place.

Today I will be making a detailed list of the best 250pesos and below makeup finds to try this 2017. These products proved to be super sulit and will forever be a staple part of my vanity.

This post is for those who love to  go to Watsons or Department Store, and what to know what to buy next that are within the budget. Although these products are under 200pesos I assure you that they are all worth it. Some are even dupes of pricey makeup products.

Collecting makeup has been a big passion of mine ever since I started working as a professional wedding and events emcee. I enjoy buying and using makeup and I’d rather buy a new makeup than new clothes or even shoes. But that’s just me.

Honestly, the priciest items in my makeup collection are my two bullet lipsticks from MAC. Other than those, I basically have a makeup collection of a frugal Pinay. Maybe that’s the reason why I created a high-end beauty wish list because I am looking forward to one day purchasing makeups I really adore without much guilt.

Over the years I’ve tried makeup for less and there are some that really stood out. The products I am mentioning on this post are my answer to the question, what are the best makeup in the Philippines that’s 250pesos and below?

PS. I will try to update this post every now and then so be sure to bookmark this link so you’ll know in case a new product made it on the list.

iWhite BB Holic Everyday BB Cream - Php 159.50

This local BB Cream is THE BOMB!!! I adore this so much especially for everyday use. I am a big BB Cream fan and I even had a collection post before which is not updated anymore, haha. Anyways, this was in sachet packaging before and then just last March they came out with a tube version which is very convenient.

Formula-wise it is still the same. The texture of this product is quite thick but melts like water upon application. Don’t buy this is you are looking for coverage because all it could do is even out your skin tone and make you appear brighter and more awake. I also noticed that my cheek tints will settle best whenever I have this iWhite BB Holic Everyday BB Cream first as my base. Love it!

Fashion 21 Loose Powder in #1 - Php 180

Between Nichido Final Powder and Fashion 21 Loose Powder, I prefer the latter to set my face makeup. The Fashion 21 Loose Powder comes in bigger tub and has SPF 50 in it. I do own the Nichido Final Powder in Creamy Glow but it's something you will use more if you don’t want any coverage. Fashion 21 is destined to mattify the face and add coverage as well.

This is also the yellowest shade I know when it comes to setting powders Philippines. If you are looking for a powder that  almost resembles the Ben Nye banana, this is my top recommendation.

Shawill BB Cream - Php 168

I consider this is my first love when it comes to local BB Cream. No matter how many good BB creams I find, I still can’t possibly forget my obsession with this Shawill BB Cream. Shade 3 best fit me in the four shades available. It has SPF 25 and claims to help shield/protect and regenerate skin.

The coverage of this BB Cream makes it a good buy for everyone. It has medium coverage that can cover up blemishes, redness and dark spots. Just pair this with a good primer and setting powder and you are definitely good to go. It have strong smell at first but won’t bother you as soon as it sets. And this gives a dewy finish which again is fantastic. Check out My 5 Product Face post where I featured this BB Cream

San San HD Foundation - Php 205 and Duo Powder - Php 193

When it comes to coverage I highly suggest getting the San San HD Foundation and Powder combination. I have a blog post review for each you can read HERE and HERE. The San San HD Foundation and Duo Powder just gives amazing coverage perfect for when you need a pangmalakasang look.

The San San HD Liquid Foundation is very buildable. You can go light, medium or full depending on how you apply it. The San San HD Powder on the other hand is something worthy to use to set my under eye concealer for it doesn't cake and it lasts super long. I even use the sponge to just pat the product and it will flawlessly mattify everything. The high definition formula works to have a picture perfect look everyday.

City Color Treat and Go Concealer - Php 175

I haven’t had a proper review and feature of this City Color Treat and Go Concealer yet, but I might say this is a good makeup find under 300. I love that it comes in a lipstick form because it is way easier to use. The pointy side is handy to go on the narrow part of of the face. Although it is  in cream form it doesn’t cake that easily. You can also blend the concealer with just the warmth of your fingers.

S.he All-in-One Concealer w/ Brush - Php 99

I got this in The Dollar Store ATC 99pesos and S.he All-in-One Concealer w/ Brush is literally the best undereye corrector ever! The packaging will remind you so much of the LA Girl Concealer but half of the price. The consistency is very creamy, the product is easy to blend and the coverage is legit! Orange cancels all type of darkness and puffiness which I honestly need. It is a very good product, indeed.

Landmark Makeup Brush Php 79, Php 99

If you are looking for affordable makeup brushes in the Philippines, I highly suggest visiting Landmark! Both Landmark Makati and Landmark Trinoma have a dedicated section to buy A-MA-ZING brushes. I bought an angled blush brush and dome-shaped powder brush in Landmark for less than 200pesos together. These brush are both two years and counting in my makeup collection and I still use them whenever I do my foundation routine.

EB Advance Lip and Cheek Tint - Php 160

Best local find ever for the cheeks! This Ever Bilena Lip and Cheek Tint is beyond amazing and available for ages. This perfect for everyday use and gives a natural rosy color. Actually this is the very first lip and cheek tint I bought which I really like and use. Even though I’m morena, the color and consistency match me well. And this large tube will last you forever, super sulit!!!

Nichodo Color Rhum and Nichido Tomato True Colors Powder Blush - Php 88

Matte blushes are everywhere and for years I found Nichido Blushes as the best to date. Nichido Color Rhum was the first shade I tried then followed by Tomato.  For less than 100pesos you get a good wearable product for the cheeks. Color Rhum is best used for special occasion and night time while Tomato is more of a daytime, everyday look. Both are a must have for anyone.

KJM Lip and Cheek Tint - Php 139

KJM Lip and Cheek Tint is yet another great tint for Pinays. If you love something that lasts really, really long then I highly recommend this one. KJM Lip and Cheek Tint is  a proudly-Pinoy product made of organic/natural ingredients. The shade Bitter Sweet Magenta is my favorite although I am looking forward on buying more shades especially now that I know how good this local tint is.

Between EB Lip and Cheek Tint and KJM Lip and Cheek Tint, I can say KJM is much better for a lesser price. I also love using it before I put on a lipcolor just like in My Current Foundation Routine video. Isa ito sa dinadayo ko everytime I go at Pop Culture Trinoma aside from RMK Deodorant. Here's my review of KJM Lip and Cheet Tint!

City Colors Be Matte Blush - Php 225

Aside from the Nichido blushes, I also recommend the City Colors Be Matte Blushes. They come in beautiful shades and I happen to own one, Sunset Safari. The pigmentation of this blush is incomparable. A little goes long, long way. The pan is also big compared to the price which makes it really sulit.

City Colors Be Matte Blush Sunset Safari is such a pretty shade. I really recommend it for Filipinas. I received a number of compliments whenever I wear it. In the future I'll probably buy Toasted Coconut (Best Seller) and Hibiscus.

Bench Paintbox Brow Lasting Mascara - Php 139

A great under 250 brow product I discovered last year was the Bench Paintbox Brow Lasting it was part of the updated collection of Paintbox which can only be bought on Bench stores. Now let me tell you how amazing this eyebrow mascara is, first and foremost it is waterproof. And I can personally attest to that because I used this during my Caramoan Trip and my brows just stays in place. I even use this during my recent Baguio Trip and still it made my brow routine fast and easy.

You can use this on it's own without tracing your brows with a pencil or powder. Such convenience for a budget-friendly item. Now this will only work if you have properly groomed brows so I suggest getting your brows shaped before purchasing this.

Shawill 2-Way Eyebrow Cake - Php 128

I haven’t bought this since I made a review in 2014 but this was the very first local brow product that I really enjoyed using. The packaging is compact and it has a free applicator which i love to use. As you notice i have used this product for awhile because of the great precision it gives.

This is such a great beginners eyebrow product to try. It lasts long and has great pigmentation. I highly recommend this for beginners when it comes to brows.

Maybelline Hypercurl Mascara - Php 199

You will never go wrong with a Maybelline Hypercurl Mascara. This product holds curls, gives the right length and volume. A perfect tool for those who want spidery lashes. Tapos habang tumatagal, lalo pa siyang gumaganda. It doesn’t create panda eyes on me and stays long enough even with one application.

EB Advance Matte Lipstick in Dusky Rose - Php 195

I was hesitant to try out EB Advance lipstick given the failed Matte in Mauvey I bought before. But upon the  continuous recommendation by other beauty enthusiast I know, I bought this Dusky Rose from their newest collection.

EB Advance Matte Lipstick in Dusky Rose resembles that of Maybelline Touch of Spice and MAC in Twig. It is nice nudish brown with a hint of red that gives the best My Lips But Better look. For days when you are wearing a good eye makeup and want a neutral lips to compliment everything, this is a local dupe to try!

Fashion 21 All Day Matte in Bronze - Php 175

Another classic local matte for me is Fashion 21 All Day Matte in Bronze. This is never drying on my lips, creamy enough without much tagging and lasts longer than my expectation. The color is amazing, it’s like a pinker/paler version of the EB in Dusky Rose. Soooo nude and sooooo good.

The lipstick is very pigmented and has true matte finish. I always, always recommend this lipstick to anyone I know because it's really good for everyday. Check out my Fashion 21 All Day Matte in Sushi review.

EB Advance LTD Lipstick - Php 188

Are you a fan of lip creams? If you follow me on Instagram you know my obsession with lip creams! I adore how they dry to matte in an instant. This EB Advance LTD Lipstick in particular is good dupe for expensive matte lip creams out there. The shade Cashmere Blush is perfect for date look, Skinny Dip is perfect for sexy look and Rich Vino is perfect for office look.

What separates these LTD lipsticks among other liquid lipstick available in the market today is the pigmentation! A single swipe is enough to cover the entire lips. The prodcut is very creamy and stays on really nicely.

Bobbie Cosmetics in Timeless Taupe - Php 185

This is a literal dupe of MAC’s Matte Lipstick in Taupe! The shade, color and look of the lipstick on the lips is surprisingly similar. I was really surprised when I tried to use them side by side because they look too similar!!! If you are in the look out for an affordable nude lipstick, please try Bobbie Cosmetics in Timeless Taupe!

Overall
