Goodbye November, Hello December 2017

It's time to recap what happened for the month of November with side stories here and there plus things to look forward to in the coming month. November was a great month for me because I celebrated my 24th birthday. It was also a month of bonus from work which is always nice. Below are some of the highlights.

Manila Ocean Park Adventure

Last November 4, I went to Manila Ocean Park with my friends from my former work. It was a great first time at Manila Ocean Park indeed. We went to around seven attractions from the Oceanarium to the Jellies Exhibit and the World of Creepy Crawlies which exhibits frogs, insects, spiders, and worms.

We also witnessed the entertaining Sea Lion Show and The Symphony that involves fountain dancing at the tune of popular songs such as Let it Go and My Heart Will Go On.

After our Manila Ocean Park adventure we went to Music 21 for some karaoke.

My Birthday

I also turned 24 last November 9 and it was such a surreal celebration. First my close friends at work surprised me with cake and some gifts. They even created this nice graphic to greet me  I was really surprised.

At home my family also prepared a mini celebration for me. I had my second cake.

Finally, on a Saturday we celebrated again over a much needed dinner buffet at Yakimix!  It was also my younger sister’s birth month as she turns a year older every November 22 so we were both free of charge.

Blogapalooza 2017

It’s the time of the year again when bloggers of all niches gather together to network with each other and key related businesses in the industry.

This is my third time attending Blogapalooza and it just keeps on getting better and better (Blogapalooza 1, Blogapalooza 2). This year the venue was none other than City of Dreams. The cozy atmosphere of the venue gave a different vibe from past Blogapalooza events.

You can check my post, Blogapalooza 2017 – Generation Digital for my whole experience.

Things I’m Looking Forward Next Month!

Ayala Lights

November last year I witnessed the Ayala Lights with my former workmates. It was amazing. I enjoyed the whole dancing lights and just being together with a crowd.

I can’t miss the opportunity to watch this year since my current work location is just in front of Ayala Triangle and kid you not, every 6pm we can hear how loud the sound is.

Buying Gifts

I have my gift list ready already. I feel extra generous this year since I received a good bonus from my current work. I’m looking forward to a time of shopping for gifts.

Holidays 2017

As always, Christmas and New Year are my favorite holidays. I'm eternally grateful to how 2017 has been so far and I'm excited to what 2018 has in store!
