It's time to recap what
happened for the month of February and March with side stories here and there
plus things to look forward to in the coming month. February and March proved
to be a roller coaster ride for me.
I got redundant a.k.a. terminated in February
then found a new job by March. I bid goodbye to my great friends at work and
gained some new ones. I was at my lowest in February to be honest and then at
my peak by March. It is an exciting first quarter of 2017 and I know the year
is just getting started.
Goodbye WiFun
For about a year and a half
I’ve been together with the most amazing friends/workmates ever at WiFun. We
were really close with each other with our lives more than just the four
corners of the office. It saddens me that the day we will say goodbye with each
other as workmates already came. WiFun will always have a place in my heart and
the people I met in company like Nica and the Coffee Monday Barkada became part
of my life.

Karaoke Night with WiFun Team
On our last day at work me
and the WiFun Team had a Karaoke Night at Music 21. We had a blast together for
one last time. I didn’t know Music 21 had such a good service. I did enjoy the
whole Karaoke Time we did.
Reunion with Elementary Friends
One of my life goals for
this year is to reunite with past classmates. I’m glad I got a chance to meet
with my elementary friends once again. First we had dinner at Cabalen Alabang
Town Center then midnight talk at Baga Manila. Then we went all out for an
overnight swimming at Pansol, Laguna. We had so much fun. It is good to keep in
touch once again. I wrote this on my Facebook Post and I really mean it:
The great thing about being with your elementary friends is that you can share your past, present and future stories to them with ease. For they will always and always relate to your childhood memories (#batang90s),to your current love life struggles (#millenialsinlove) and to your dreams and aspirations in life(#adultingisreal).

#BaguioAdventure2017
O-M-G!!!!! I still can’t
believe that I’ve been to Baguio finally. It’s been part of my bucket list for
so long and I’m thankful for the opportunity to go to the Summer Capital of the
Philippines. You can read my Baguio travel diary here or a comprehensiveitinerary and budget guide here. Below are some more photos from that trip you
might enjoy.

Sponsoring an Overnight Stay for My Parent’s Anniversary
If there’s one that makes
me happy aside from the look of a new makeup, it would be pampering my parents
and just simply giving back to them. For their wedding anniversary this year, I
and my siblings booked an overnight stay for them at The Bayleaf Intramuros. It
was touching to see my parents go back to the place where they used to date.
Reminded me too of the walk tour me, Nica and the Coffee Monday Barkada did
last January.
First Day at new Workplace
When I was in Baguio I
received the good news that I’ll be reporting to duty for my new workplace. It
was a big blessing for me. I am humbled by how God made everything possible. I
see this new job as a big window that opened upon me. I couldn’t be any happier.
