On a recent trip to Watsons I stumble upon a new brand, Luxe Organix. I’ve been seeing their products ever since but it was the first time I stopped and really looked at their products. I got fascinated with their new Luxe Organix AHA/BHA skincare line.
The Luxe Organix AHA/BHA products all originated in South Korea. I also like that the price range is from Php 250 - Php 400 only. Definitely a steal for those looking for AHA/BHA skincare product.
But what’s with AHA and BHA? Why are they famous in Korea?
AHA/BHA
Before I dive in to the products from the Luxe Organix AHA/BHA line, I like to first define what AHA and BHA are all about and why the whole skincare collection appeals to me so much.
AHA and BHA are common ingredients to the top exfoliants available in the market. AHA stands for Alpha Hydroxy Acid which breaks down the invisible “glue” that bonds our skin cells together. AHAs also help treat other skin concerns like acne marks, pigmentation, and uneven skin texture.
Beta Hydroxy Acid (BHA) are meant for people with oily skin. It is an effective ingredient that effectively treat blackheads and whiteheads, leaving the skin clearer. It has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties which help calm any redness.
If AHA treats the top layer of the skin, BHA penetrates from within. The main reason why combining them both in a product is called the ultimate match for Korean skincare.

Luxe Organix Miracle Toner AHA/BHA Pore Clarifying Treatment
The Luxe Organix Miracle Toner AHA/BHA Pore Clarifying Treatment is said to be an all-in-one gentle toner and exfoliator that helps balance the PH levels of the skin. I am actually thinking of getting the Luxe Organix AHA/BHA Miracle Emulsion from the said line. I still have a lot of cleansers and toners on my shelf so I don’t think I will be buying anytime soon.

I've been using their AHA BHA miracle soap on my face for almost four months now and it worked wonders on my face. I'm so happy that I took the risk and now my fungal acne is gone pati nga oiliness ko nabawasan tsaka nga pala yung breakouts ko wala na it's so amazing.
