Villa Jhoana Resort Angono with Friends

Last April 13, I went on a sleepover with my ex-colleagues at Villa Jhoana Resort Angono. It was definitely one of my highlights for April. I still remember exactly three years ago when were still together as workmates and we did the overnight stay at I went to South Winds Resorts Pansol,Laguna.

We were supposed to be at least 10 but due to unforeseen events, there were those who weren’t able to attend. In the end, we were six in total.

Villa Jhoana wasn’t the first choice for our trip. Long before when it was still in the planning stage we were eyeing private resorts in Angono as venues. But due to budget constraints and number of people left who said go, plans change.

About Villa Jhoana Resort Angono

Villa Jhoana Resort is located in Ibañez Street corner R. Tolentino Street, Carebi Subdivision, Barangay San Isidro, Rizal. It features an outdoor pool with water slides. The accommodation is very homely as you will live in an actual house that looks like the Big Brother House in the outside.

The rooms they offer are Presidential Suite, Family Room, Honeymoon Room and Deluxe with WiFi access for each room as well. They have parking space available and some of the added activities are karaoke and billiards.

What I personally like the most about Villa Jhoana are the rooms. They one we got which was Honeymoon A was really huge with two beds, balcony view of the amenities and even a bathtub. For Php 3800, it was sulit in my opinion. As we were six in total we opted for an extra bed for only Php 250.

Villa Jhoana also provided toiletries for two persons  which we didn’t knew was included in the package.

The only downside I guess we had during the stay was the pool area. As it was the weekend and almost near the Holy Week, there were plenty of people. Thankfully we were able to get a corner for ourselves by night time.

How to go to Villa Jhoana Resort Angono

For those going from south such as Alabang and Bicutan, all you have to do is ride a bus going to Shaw Boulevard. Get off at Crossing Starmall. From there you can ride an FX going to Angono. Tell the driver to drop you off at SM Angono and you can ride a tricycle from there to the resort.

In our case, the driver already know Villa Jhoana so we were dropped off at the kanto and all we had to do was walk.

Our Villa Jhoana Resort Angono Experience

We actually went to SM Angono to buy food for the rest of the day till the morning after. Glad Nica and I were joined with Joseph and Gio who were pretty good accompaniment while shopping. We bought ingredients for the late lunch, dinner and breakfast as well.

After lunch we just settled for a while waiting for the people in the pool to subside. Once we saw that there was a blank spot already, we decided to take a plunge.

Then we had a wee hour games and talk as we sleep through the night.

I think the morning after was also a delightful sight. It was the first time in forever that I really had a great resounding sleep without worrying of tasks to do afterwards. We got up pretty early too in spite of sleeping late which was surprising.

For breakfast we had pancit canton and ice cream (yep!).

Overall

I honestly believe Villa Jhoana is a great resort. It’s near the city which is amazing. The accommodation is really good from bed to the restroom! If not for the crowded pool, I would have given it a 10/10 score. If they offer the place privately for a team building or a simple summer outing then the place really is phenomenal.

To my WiFun family thank you so much for spending that summer overnight with me. I had so much fun!
